Introduction

We are seeking a Director, Feeding Solutions to join our Crushing team. You will be responsible for managing the P&L, defining pricing, supporting T&C negotiation, developing and animating different channels with direct sales, dealers, agents, partners, and digital tools to increase market coverage, leading M&A roadmap, and working with product manager, engineering, and supply chain to build the products roadmap and enhance our offering globally. Your role plays a crucial part in effective and efficient planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the business line, preparing and executing marketing and product launches and initiatives to grow the business, and developing relationships with customers.

In this position, you will report to SVP of the Business Line.

We are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. However, it involves up to 50% of travel to various locations globally.

Team you belong to

You will join a team of experts in feeding solutions dedicated to enhancing our product offerings and market coverage. We are currently working on developing and enhancing our product roadmap, marketing and product launches, and building relationships.

We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as product managers, engineering, and supply chain teams, and external stakeholders, such as customers, dealers, agents, and partners. Our team culture is all about collaboration, innovation, and achieving results.

What You'll Do
  • Product group P&L Owner.
  • Define pricing, support T&C Negotiation when required.
  • Develop and animate different channels with direct sales, dealers, agents, partners and digital tools to increase our market coverage.
  • Lead M&A roadmap, screening regional players to reinforce our offering globally and regionally.
  • Work with Product manager, engineering and Supply chain to build the products roadmap and enhance our offering in each Market Area.
  • Responsible for effective and efficient planning, budgeting and forecasting for the business line.
  • Prepare and execute marketing and product launches and initiatives to grow the business.
  • Develop relationships with customers, market areas and other channels.
Who You Are
  • Engineering or business degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with the product offering (Apron Feeders, Crossover Feeders, Belt Feeders, Wobbler Feeders) is preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving and achieving results.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and influence others.
  • Strong communication skills, plus co-operation, interpersonal and presentation skills to manage internal and external interfaces.
  • High sense of urgency and the ability to develop action plans and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
