If so, you might be a perfect fit for our position as Payroll and HR Admin Professional in our EMEA HR Services organization.

We have just implemented a new HR delivery model in Danfoss. This means you will be joining a newly established HR Services organization with a strong pioneering spirit and an ambition to deliver state-of-the-art HR services to our business.

We are a growing organization which is continuously taking over more tasks. This means that there are plenty of opportunities to leverage and further build your HR foundation. From your side, having a flexible, curious, and open mindset will be a big advantage.

You will be based at our office in Vaasa.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Inhouse Payroll: Process monthly payroll for our Finnish sites, apply for allowances, support audits, and generate reports.
  2. Contract management: Handle preboarding (in the onboarding module in SuccessFactors) and prepare contracts and addendums for Northern Europe (in English).
  3. Collaboration: Work with divergent functions across HR, Finance, and external payroll partners to ensure seamless deliveries.
  4. Employee queries: Act as a point of contact on payroll and HR admin related topics working in our ticket system ServiceNow.
  5. Documentation: Document tasks and processes in work instructions and create and maintain knowledge articles supporting self-service in the business.

We imagine that you hold a relevant bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or have equivalent work experience. We expect you to have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Payroll & HR and preferably from an international company. Payroll experience is required, while in-house payroll experience is a plus. Contract management expertise is highly desirable together with working in request handling systems. You are a quick learner, have a global mindset, and an appetite for working in a setup where we are exploring new and more efficient ways of working.
