Are you a seasoned HR Specialist, experienced in HR systems, employee on/offboarding, payroll and Finnish employment legislation-related topics? Do you have superb communication skills in Finnish and English? We are expanding our HR team and seeking an engaging and bright mind (and soul).

Rightware, a software company based in Helsinki and with presence in 7 other countries, is a collection of 120+ experts in graphics, gaming and UI development, focused on delivering Kanzi, our advanced HMI toolchain.

Responsibilities:

As HR Specialist, you will be tasked with:

  1. Managing our employee life-cycle processes (onboarding and offboarding)
  2. Coordinating employee benefits and its administration
  3. Usage and maintenance of our HR systems (Tiima, Sympa, Mepco)
  4. Assisting with payroll support, employment contracts, and the development of our employee handbook
  5. Planning and coordinating company events
  6. Participating in various HR discussions with employees
Requirements:
  1. 5-10 years experience as full-time HR Specialist
  2. Knowledge of collective agreements and labor legislation
  3. Experience as a main user of HR systems (for example, Sympa, Tiima, Mepco)
  4. Experience working with payroll, occupational health care and insurance
  5. Excellent native Finnish and business level English
  6. Strong analytical ability with problem solving skills
  7. Engaging personality, good at relationship building
