Accountabilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support for department projects and office operations.
- Prepare spreadsheets, charts, and correspondence for team use.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars for team members.
- Maintain office inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them appropriately.
- Respond to inquiries and manage call routing effectively.
- Assist with contract database maintenance and updating.
- Support new hire processing and related personnel tasks.
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of related administrative experience.
- Proven superior verbal and written English communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and exercise judgment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff and external contacts.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and maintaining confidentiality.
