Controller and Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Controller and Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving, reporting, and analyzing all finance-related activities of our Betting and iCasino (BiC) unit.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of a variety of reports, such as P&L reports, cost analysis, business cases, and project profitability
  • Supporting key stakeholders (Group finance, procurement, HR) to enhance their understanding and accountability of BiC financial performance
  • Development and maintenance of BiC management reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes

As a successful candidate, you will have an applicable university degree in accounting, finance, or other relevant subject, and a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in business controlling.

You should possess advanced skills in MS Excel, a strong understanding of ERP systems, group reporting, accounting and business processes, and fluency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
