As a Social Sustainability Strategist, you will play a critical role in promoting and ensuring the company's commitment to social responsibility within the construction and infrastructure sector.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to advance our Group-level targets and due diligence procedures. Your focus will be on human rights, compliance, and regulations, staying updated on relevant international frameworks, stakeholder expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities aimed at fostering positive social impact and ethical practices throughout our projects. This includes:
- Developing group-level instructions and tools for social sustainability and human rights due diligence.
- Ensuring the company complies with international human rights standards and guidelines, developing policies and procedures to prevent and address potential violations.
- Staying up-to-date on social sustainability regulations, standards, and best practices, ensuring the company adheres to all relevant legal requirements.
You will work closely with the Group ESG team to gather data and report on social sustainability performance. Additionally, you will promote diversity and inclusion within the company, advocating for equal opportunities and supporting initiatives to create a welcoming and inclusive work environment for employees.
We value professionals who possess a deep understanding of social sustainability, business, and human rights. If you have a MSc degree in social sciences or a related field, and minimum 3 years of experience in social sustainability or related roles, preferably in the construction and infrastructure industry, we encourage you to apply.
