About the Role:

The Head of Institutional Asset Management will lead a team of highly motivated professionals and play a vital role within the Asset Management Sales management team. Key responsibilities include managing key client relationships, participating in product development, and ensuring growth and long-term profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and maintain key client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
  • Contribute to the implementation of best practices across sites and focus on people development through empowerment, coaching, and motivation.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on developing and empowering teams.
  • Previous experience in sales or client-facing roles, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Extensive experience in managing client mandates, with a strong understanding of the asset management industry.
  • Strategic mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and implement new ways of working to drive business objectives.
  • A relevant university degree and previous experience within asset management or institutional investments.
