Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) construction and data center projects to oversee project management in Helsinki.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee data center construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Coordinate MEP construction aspects, including planning, design, procurement, and commissioning, to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans to minimize risks and maximize returns.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and safety protocols to safeguard people and assets.
- Conduct site inspections and manage project documentation to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of MEP construction experience, preferably in data centers.
- Proven project management experience in a Main Contractor environment.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
