About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Institutional Asset Management team in Finland. As the Head of Institutional Asset Management, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, participating in product development, and driving growth and long-term profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of highly motivated professionals and play a vital role within the Asset Management Sales management team.
  • Manage key client relationships and participate in product development to drive growth and long-term profitability.
  • Contribute to the implementation of best practices across sites and focus on people development through empowerment, coaching, and motivation.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on developing and empowering teams.
  • Previous experience in sales or client-facing roles, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Extensive experience in managing client mandates, with a strong understanding of the asset management industry.
  • Strategic mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and implement new ways of working to drive business objectives.
  • A relevant university degree and previous experience within asset management or institutional investments.
