Service Catalog Manager

Become an integral part of a diverse team at ManTech International, a leading organization in the industry. As a Service Catalog Manager, you will play a crucial role in protecting national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.

This position requires a comprehensive understanding of IT systems and support covered under the contract. You will assist in developing the service labor mix and costs, ensuring only authorized government personnel have access to those costs. A process and methodology for requesting the service to place on Task Order will be established.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with customers to define requirements clearly and concisely, documenting them to build the project plan and develop project schedule and artifacts.
  2. Create and maintain the contract service catalog, securing, managing, and controlling pricing.
  3. Ensure accuracy and completeness of the catalog by conducting regular reviews and updates, verifying the information.
  4. Develop and implement catalog management processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  5. Recommend additions, changes, and updates to the service catalog offerings, considering customer frequently requested support.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate catalog data, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and contract scope.
  7. Analyze catalog data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  8. Support customer requests through Task Order Award.
Requirements:
  1. An Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 certification.
  2. A minimum of 9 years of experience.
  3. A minimum of 2 years of related experience in supporting geographically dispersed enterprise operations teams.
  4. Cybersecurity Service Provider experience.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. DHS Experience.
  2. DoD experience.
  3. ServiceNow experience.
Clearance Requirements:
  1. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  2. Must possess a Secret clearance.
  3. Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS EOD suitability.
  4. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
  1. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
  2. Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  3. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  4. The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
