As a Demand Planner, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Health & Medical Business Unit, specifically for the NBC region (Nordics, Benelux, Canada). Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing historical demand, identifying trends, and developing accurate forecasts to drive business growth.

This role requires a solid understanding of demand planning principles, analytical skills, and the ability to work with ERP and Demand Planning systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of local S&OP processes and facilitate monthly Demand Review Meetings. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders will be essential in driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze historical demand data to identify trends and patterns.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate forecasts using statistical models and market intelligence data.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute local S&OP processes and facilitate monthly Demand Review Meetings.
  4. Act as the local interface to the central demand planning hub and work within the framework of global demand planning processes.
  5. Generate new product forecasts using historical substitution and like modeling/scenario planning techniques.
  6. Understand the impact of customer buying patterns on demand.
  7. Effectively communicate with customers on operational issues.
