As a key member of our Growth team, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our enterprise customers to achieve their goals through our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Be the primary point of contact for customers within your Book of Business, guiding and assisting them throughout their journey with Aibidia.
* Lead Aibidia\u2019s onboarding and implementations with new customers by defining steps, milestones, and success criteria.
* Resolve challenges by analyzing issues and assisting the client in determining the most appropriate course of action.
* Own net retention for your customer base, including creating and maintaining an opportunity pipeline, overseeing and managing renewals, and driving adoption and growth.
* Take responsibility for consistent account-specific activities, such as Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual face-to-face meetings.
* Consider yourself internally as the \u201cvoice of your customer\u201d, sharing their feedback and advocating for their requirements.
* Partner closely with our Transfer Pricing Experts, Sales, Product, and other internal stakeholders to enhance the customer experience, provide customer testimonials, and drive growth.
* Scale adoption by introducing innovative ideas, processes, tools, or materials that can improve your and other\u2019s day-to-day activities.
* Use data-driven approaches to identify risks and opportunities across your customer base, proactively communicating and addressing them, minimizing churn risks.

Requirements:

* You have worked in client-facing roles that also involved large multinational enterprises.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* You possess strong project management skills, demonstrated by a track record of delivering projects and achieving meaningful results.
* Passion for driving technology adoption and developing long-term, transformational account strategies.
* A problem-solver, a critical thinker who can formulate solutions to keep clients happily moving towards their goals.
* You are a motivated self-starter who excels in autonomy, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is driven to make a difference for both our customers and Aibidia.
* Curious, always looking for ways to iterate and innovate to drive performance - drive for metrics and delivery.
