Sales Growth Specialist

As a Business Development Representative at Azul, you will play a crucial role in qualifying and generating leads for the sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting for new clients, developing and executing sales campaigns at named accounts in Europe, primarily in the Nordics as well as the Benelux region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new discovery calls and qualified pipeline for the sales team through outbound prospecting efforts.
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn to network with prospects and educate our market on Azul.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (Opportunity creation and progression).
- Gain/Deepen business knowledge through researching how different businesses operate, leadership structures, what their pain points are and challenges they face every day.
- Understand prospect pain points, gather technical requirements and correlate business value to customer needs.
- Organize pipeline and collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Directors for qualified meetings.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in B2B telephone lead generation. IT or Software Solutions sales experience is highly desired. Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense and Drift is preferred. You should also be passionate about outbound sales, cold calling and prospecting. Additionally, you should have excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills. Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills, able to adapt to changing priorities and maintain excellent call records are essential.
