Sales Growth Specialist, Europe

The Upright Project is a leading provider of double materiality assessments in Europe. We're looking for a dynamic Sales Growth Specialist to join our fast-paced growth journey.
In this role, you'll be a driving force in growing our customer base and expanding Upright's presence in the CSRD data market. You'll take ownership of the entire sales journey, from initial contact to closing deals.
We need someone who thrives on teamwork, enjoys sharing ideas, and is eager to celebrate wins together as a team. You should also be confident in closing deals and have experience with complex B2B products.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Owning the whole sales process from initial contact to closing deals
- Executing high-quality sales meetings and product demos
- Keeping the CRM up-to-date
- Drafting proposals for customers
- Negotiating contracts
- A proven track record of achieving sales quotas in SaaS sales
- Experience working with complex B2B products in a startup setting
- A solid track record of internal passion for excellence
- A sense of urgency and drive to get the job done
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both spoken and written
