Job Description

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing IT service providers and ensuring quality service delivery to stakeholders. They will be responsible for performing vendor, IT contract, and license management activities to optimize services. Additionally, they will monitor IT service costs and influence license optimization decisions to optimize costs.

The ideal candidate will have IT Service Management (ITSM) knowledge and experience in negotiating, managing, and optimizing vendor contracts and licenses. They should also have experience in monitoring and optimizing IT service costs, including license optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Proficient in ITIL managing IT services effectively.
  • Skilled in negotiating, managing, and optimizing vendor contracts and licenses.
  • Experience in monitoring and optimizing IT service costs, including license optimization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and service providers.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
