This exciting opportunity is part of our efforts to build a workplace that values diversity, flexibility, and a shared passion to help the world run better. As an SAP Facilities Manager, you will lead and collaborate with diverse teams to implement sustainable practices and drive approved schemes.

  • Leverage Your Expertise: Actively participate in real estate lease negotiations with local leadership and SAP negotiation partners.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather required data and contribute to business case creation and approval processes.
  • Lease Contract Management: Ensure accurate data is maintained within our lease contract database.
  • Facilities Representation: Represent facility operations at management level, providing insights on facility-related projects to local directors and ensuring business requirements are met.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead, develop, and support local facilities teams in countries, overseeing outsourced building service contracts.
  • Facilities Fit-Out Projects: Lead and support facilities fit-out projects in the regions.
  • Service Contract Management: Effectively manage all building service contracts, aligning service levels with GRF expectations and reporting on performance.
  • Safety Obligations: Maintain local facilities service levels, fulfilling company Health and Safety obligations.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate with global and local teams to implement sustainable practices and drive approved schemes.
  • Negotiation and Auditing: Negotiate facility service contracts with Global Purchasing colleagues and monitor, audit, and report on contract performance, adhering to Group purchasing policy.
  • Security Standards: Work with Global Physical Security colleagues to maintain security standards.
  • Budget Leadership: Lead the development of capital (CAPEX) and operating (OPEX) budgets, reporting on these budgets and driving improvements.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing building services.
  • A comprehensive understanding of facilities budgeting, procedures, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and embrace new challenges.
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional proficiency in one Scandinavian language.
  • Knowledge of commercial contracts management and procurement.
  • Proven experience leading people and managing projects.
  • Ability to lead a team in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple, high-priority tasks simultaneously.
  • Resilience, quick thinking, and adaptability to changes.
  • Ability to solve problems proactively and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent grasp of SAP and MS Office applications.
