We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Project Manager to spearhead and drive our UNIFY initiatives, transforming business operations across the Baltic and Nordic region. As the Business Transformation Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all actions are meticulously planned and executed in full coordination with our countries. What is UNIFY?

UNIFY is a Business Transformation project in Schneider Electric, aiming at standardizing Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and data processes, digital architecture and IT systems. The goal is to transition all legacy ERPs to 1 SaaS solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor the Zone's readiness for UNIFY deployment, defining actions and animating the process accordingly.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of UNIFY Business Transformation projects, including Commercial Policy, CPQ Quotation Tool, and Rebate Transformation Program (Nordics), ensuring alignment with the UNIFY Roadmap and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work with the Unify Change & Adoption Lead to develop and execute change management strategies, facilitating smooth transitions and ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Travel Requirements:

  • While regular travel is not expected, occasional travel may be necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in business transformation or change management roles.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in the Baltics/Nordic region is an advantage.
  • Language requirement: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Baltic/Nordic languages is a plus.
  • Ability to understand and leverage cultural differences to ensure UNIFY's success.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, creative, and confident, with the ability to articulate effectively at multiple organizational levels.
  • Commercial mindset is a plus.
