Responsibilities:

  • Real estate lease negotiations with local leadership and partners.
  • Data collection and business case creation and approval processes.
  • Maintaining accurate data in lease contract databases.
  • Representing facility operations at management level, informing directors on facility-related projects and ensuring business requirements are met.
  • Leading and supporting local facilities teams, overseeing outsourced building service contracts.
  • Leads facilities fit-out projects in the regions.
  • Managing building service contracts effectively, ensuring facilities service levels meet Group expectations and reporting on performance.
  • Maintaining local facilities service levels, fulfilling Health and Safety obligations.
  • Collaborating with diverse global and local teams to implement sustainable practices and drive approved schemes.
  • Negotiating facility service contracts with Global Purchasing colleagues and monitoring, auditing, and reporting on contract performance, aligning with Group purchasing policy.
  • Working with Global Physical Security colleagues to maintain security standards.
  • Developing and managing capital (CAPEX) and operating (OPEX) budgets, reporting on budget performance and driving improvements.
  • Participating in local crisis management teams.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing building services.
  • A comprehensive understanding of facilities budgeting, procedures, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and embrace new challenges.
  • Fluent English language skills, with at least one Scandinavian language as a plus.
  • Knowledge of commercial contracts management and procurement.
  • Proven experience in leading people and managing projects.
  • Ability to lead a team in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple, high-priority jobs simultaneously.
  • Resilience, quick thinking, and adaptability to changes.
  • Ability to solve problems proactively and make sound decisions in a constantly changing environment.
  • Excellent grasp of SAP and MS Office applications.
