We are seeking a talented German-speaking Junior Sales Campaign Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for partnering with German-speaking clients to design and optimize Google Ads campaigns that drive measurable results.

Your Role

As a German-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist, you will:

  • Partner with German-speaking clients to understand their business needs and help them maximize their advertising investments.
  • Focus on sales and client success, working closely with clients to deliver data-driven insights and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Grow with us through comprehensive Google Ads training and sales development, setting you up for success in digital advertising and client relationship management.

What's in It for You?

We offer a competitive salary, starting at 23,876 EUR gross annually, with the potential to earn up to 3,408 EUR in performance-based bonuses. You will also receive a relocation package, including flight and two months of private accommodation to help you settle comfortably into Barcelona. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills through professional certifications and career growth opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be fluent in German (C1/C2) and proficient in English (B2). You should also have 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or online advertising, as well as EU citizenship or a residency permit that allows you to work in Spain. We are looking for a motivated individual with a keen interest in sales and a strong drive to help clients succeed through Google Ads.
