Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Sales Executive to join our Customer Experience (CX) team in Finland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales opportunities, enabling demand generation activities, and promoting SAP CX solutions in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of your territory, driving sales opportunities from early discovery phase to closing.
  • Drive and support demand generation activities, enablement, and thought leadership to promote SAP CX solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers and SAP partners to shape next-generation customer experiences.
  • Understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy, and competitive landscape.
  • Drive pipeline and work in Virtual Account Teams on CX Sales Campaigns.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working with sales in the Customer Experience Space (CRM/Sales, eCommerce, Marketing, Service, Customer Data Management) and/or other relevant Enterprise Cloud software.
  • Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market.
  • Fluency in the local language and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to drive complex technology go-to-market within a highly agile and changing business environment.
