Key Responsibilities- Annual & Quarterly Planning: Play a critical role in orchestrating and developing our planning approach, as well as setting overall targets and budgets.
- Collaboration & Influence: Work closely with our senior leadership, the Finance & Strategy teams, our counterparts at DoorDash, as well as the operating teams at Wolt.
- Strategic Analysis: Take ownership of finding, analyzing, and structuring the next set of strategic initiatives we should pursue. Collaborate with senior management to drive decisions, and help transform them into reality.
- Building Towards the Future: Leverage your experience in other companies to support Wolt in the next stage of our growth journey.
- Bachelor's Degree: In finance, engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant Experience: In management consulting, tech, investment banking, corporate strategy, business development, or related experience; high-growth startup experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to Influence: Senior leaders, working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in modeling and analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Looker, SQL).
- Proven Track Record: Achieving tangible outcomes as well as setting and achieving targets.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Present complex topics clearly and concisely.
