As a sourcing manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement sourcing category strategies and concrete plans that align with business objectives and deliver value for the organization.
  • Lead sourcing events, cost optimization initiatives, supplier selection, contract negotiations and market benchmarking.
  • Establish, manage and develop solid relationships with internal stakeholders and drive business alignment.
  • Build and maintain a sustainable and reliable supplier base for assigned sub-categories.
  • Define and track category targets and supplier performance metrics to ensure the business value delivery.
