About the Role

Takeda is seeking a Commercial Lead GI to join our team in Finland. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of patient journeys and market conditions, with the ability to develop integrated brand plans that enhance Takeda's portfolio. You will also be responsible for spending significant time with customers to ensure customer and patient-centric business decisions.

Key Objectives:

  1. Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
  2. Develop and implement integrated brand plans to enhance Takeda's portfolio.
  3. Ensure customer and patient-centric business decisions through close collaboration with customers.
  4. Lead Core Team decisions to align with the product/therapeutic area strategy, prioritizing patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree within marketing, life science, applied sciences or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry within marketing, commercial, digital, service design, patient access, or medical.
  • Understanding of Finnish healthcare environment.
  • Experience of account management as well as co-creating initiatives with healthcare stakeholders.
  • Fluent written & spoken Finnish and English.
