Tehtävänkuvaus

Työtehtäväsi laatuinsinöörinä liittyy laatujärjestelmän uudelleen organisoinnin läpiviemiseen yhdessä organisaation kanssa. Työtehtäviäsi tulevat olemaan esimerkiksi seuraavat:

  • Relevanttien työohjeiden hahmottaminen ja päivittäminen yhdessä organisaation kanssa
  • Muutosten kommunikointi, ohjeistaminen ja avainhenkilöiden sitouttaminen
  • Muutosten vaikuttavuuden seuranta
Etsimme
  • Soveltuva korkeakoulutausta, esimerkiksi insinööri tai diplomi-insinööri, Tradenomi, KTM, voit olla jo valmistunut tai opintojasi viimeistelevä
  • Hyvät tietotekniset taidot
  • Sujuva suomen ja englannin kielen taito

Aiempi työkokemus esimerkiksi laatuinsinöörin tai projektinkoordinoinnin tehtävistä katsotaan tehtävässä eduksi.

Rekrytointiprosessimme

Academic Work hoitaa tätä hakua asiakkaansa puolesta, jonka toiveena on kaikkien tehtävää koskevien kysymysten osoittaminen Academic Workille. Hakijoita haastatellaan jatkuvasti ja mikäli olemme edenneet jo rekrytointiprosessissa pidemmälle, saatamme sulkea haun ennen lopullisia valintoja. Valintaprosessiin sisältyvät luonteenpiirteitä sekä kognitiivista kykyä mittaavat testit. Testit toimivat työkaluina oikean tekijän löytämiseksi tehtävään sekä takaavat tasa-arvoisen ja oikeudenmukaisen arvioinnin.
