Olisitko sinä seuraava vahvistus pre-sales ja suunnittelijamyyntiimme?

Haemme toimeen tarttuvaa kollegaa Specification Manager rooliin kasvattamaan Knauf pre-sales pipelineä ja varmistamaan, että luodut pre-sales mahdollisuudet kääntyvät loppukädessä myynniksi. Olet osa Knauf Oy:n Commercial tiimiä, jonka vastuulle kuuluu suunnittelijamyynnin lisäksi mm. tuotekehitys, digitalisaatiohankkeet ja markkinointi.

Tehtävässä on laaja etätyömahdollisuus. Virallisena työpisteenäsi toimii Espoon konttorimme Leppävaarassa. Työ edellyttää matkustamista erityisesti PK-seudulle ja muihin kasvukeskuksiin säännöllisesti. Osana Commercial tiimiä pääset osallistumaan myös kehityshankkeisiin, joita toteutetaan myös Kankaanpäässä, jossa tuotantolaitoksemme sijaitsevat.

Pre-sales työmme tavoitteena on luoda asiakkaillemme edellytykset mahdollisimman suureen lisäarvoon koko Knauf valikoiman laajuudella. Valikoimamme kattaa kipsi- ja erikoislevyjen lisäksi myös mm. väliseinärangat, eristeet, tasoitteet, lattiamassat ja akustiikkatuotteet. Tukenasi sinulla on laaja verkosto myynnin, teknisten asioiden, markkinoinnin ja tuotannon ammattilaisia. Et ole tehtävässäsi yksin, vaan tukenasi sinulla on kokenut Specification Manager.

Otat itsenäisellä otteella omistajuuden pre-sales tehtävistäsi, mutta työskentelet saumattomasti myös muiden osastojen kanssa yhteistyössä yhteisten tavoitteidemme saavuttamiseksi. Saat kattavan perehdytyksen meihin yrityksenä sekä Knauf konserniin maailman suurimpana kipsipohjaisten rakennusmateriaalien valmistajana. Pääset työssäsi tutustumaan myös Knauf Pohjois- ja Keski-Euroopan alueen kollegoihin ja näin halutessasi voit rakentaa kanssamme myös kansainvälisen uran.

Työturvallisuusasiat ovat sinulle yhtä tärkeitä kuin meille. Aloittaessasi liityt Knauf maayhtiöön, joka on voittanut alueensa parhaan turvallisuuspalkinnon kaksi vuotta peräjälkeen. Myönnämme kuitenkin oman epätäydellisyytemme ja teemme jatkuvasti töitä parantaaksemme turvallisuuskulttuuriamme.

Päävastuualueesi:

  • Kartoitat projekteja, kontaktoit asiakkaita ja suunnittelijoita, luot mahdollisuuksia ja johdat niitä CRM-järjestelmässä (Salesforce) myyntiprosessin mukaisesti
  • Vastaat siitä, että pre-sales pipeline kehittyy myyntitavoitteen mukaisesti ja Knauf-tuotteet on määritelty suunnitelmiin mahdollisimman laajasti
  • Vastaat siitä, että tavoitteen mukainen määrä myyntipotentiaalia siirtyy myyntitiimien hoidettavaksi myyntivaiheeseen ja luomasi mahdollisuudet siirtyvät järjestelmällisesti myyntivastuullisille
  • Lisäät Knauf-järjestelmien tietoutta rakennuttaja-, suunnittelija- ja arkkitehtisegmenteissä sekä muissa sidosryhmissä esim. elementti- ja moduulitehtaat, asennusliikkeet, rakennusliikkeet ja tukkuliikkeet
  • Osallistut kehitystyöhön pre-sales prosessin, tuotekehityksen sekä työssä tarvitsemasi teknisen dokumentaation tuottamisen osin

Katsomme eduksi:

  • Soveltuvan koulutuksen, esim. insinööri (DI tai AMK, rakennustekniikka, arkkitehti, rakennusarkkitehti, prosessi-, materiaalitekniikka jne.) tai kaupallinen koulutus (esim. tradenomi, KTM)
  • Kokemuksen tuotteistamme ja erityisesti niiden mahdollistamista asiakashyödyistä
  • Kokemuksen suunnittelijamyynnistä ja -toimistoista
  • Kokemuksen rakennusliikkeistä, tilakeskuksista tai talo- ja moduulitehtaista
