Etsimme uutta HR Traineeta

Roolissasi HR-harjoittelija na pääset koordinoimaan monipuolisia koulutuksia ja tapahtumiamme sekä tukemaan muita HR-projekteja. Liityt osaksi Postin People, Development & Wellbeing -tiimiä, jossa kehitämme rekrytointia, perehdytystä, henkilöstön osaamista ja tulevaisuuden johtajia. Tulet työskentelemään osana energistä ja kannustavaa tiimiä, jossa pääset oppimaan ja kehittymään ja jolta saat tarvittavan tuen työhösi.

Palkallinen harjoittelujakso on kokoaikainen ja kestää 12 kuukautta. Toivomme, että pystyisit aloittamaan harjoittelusi mahdollisimman pian. Kerrothan hakemuksessasi, milloin voit aloittaa työt.

  • Olet loppuvaiheen korkeakoulu opiskelija
  • Opinnoissasi olet syventynyt HR:ään, palvelumuotoiluun ja/tai viestintään
  • Olet proaktiivinen, positiivinen ja ratkaisukeskeinen
  • Sinulla on hyvät vuorovaikutus- ja yhteistyötaidot
  • Sinulla on hyvä suomen ja englannin kielen taito niin kirjallisesti kuin suullisesti
