HR Specialist, People Data and Technology

Location: Helsinki, FI Krefeld, DE

Are you a tech-savvy professional passionate about driving innovation and ensuring data accuracy?

We're growing and are now looking for an HR Specialist to join our People Data and Technology team at Outokumpu. In this role, you'll be instrumental in maintaining consistency across our HR systems and optimizing the tools that support our people processes. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in shaping a data-driven HR function in a global company. We are focusing on leveraging technology further for example with self-services, AI and automation.

Your Impact:

  • Ensure accurate and consistent data across core HR systems, including employee information, job codes, and departmental data.
  • Act as a super user & point of contact for various HR tools, supporting their development and ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Provide data quality assurance through regular monitoring, reporting, and access management and participate to data quality automation projects in this area.
  • Contribute to the implementation and testing of HR technology enhancements.
  • Participate in global HR projects, driving process improvement and development.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues to achieve alignment in people data processes.

What You Bring:

  • Educational background in a related field (bachelor's or master's degree).
  • At least a couple of years of experience in an international environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • A systematic and detail-oriented approach to working with large datasets.
  • Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
  • Solid experience with SuccessFactors or other HR systems (preferred).
