In this role, you will be responsible for the product and demand management activities related to Cybersecurity solutions, addressing requirements by Telia units and common needs from Telia countries, discussing technical solutions and clarifying needed aspects with related technical teams. You will work in an Agile way, within the Compliance and Cybersecurity Core Capabilities Agile Release Train (in short C4-ART), together with a team of talented experts in IT, Networks, GSOC and other units. You will have the opportunity to drive the cybersecurity solution demand toward Product Owners and Agile teams appointed to develop and deliver systems and technical solutions. These teams work within the ART (Agile Release Train), following Telia's way of working that adheres to the SAFe framework.

As a Cybersecurity Product/Demand Manager…

You will be responsible for Cybersecurity products development, collecting requirements from the stakeholders, shaping and communicating solutions, interfacing with experts, architects, and engineers, designing and discussing solution architectures, refining the demand to identify dependencies, breaking down work tasks, documenting clearly the work and supporting the drive of Product Increment planning. The main tools utilized at Telia for Agile deliveries include Jira and Confluence, and knowledge of these tools is a plus.

You will join an exciting multicultural team within the Data Mediation and Cybersecurity unit, which, within Tech IT, is responsible for the development and operations of the Data Mediation and Cybersecurity systems at Telia Company. These systems are utilized across all Telia countries and domains.

Who we're looking for…

You should have experience with the IT delivery lifecycle, including demand and requirements analysis and refinement, solution architecture design, delivery, and testing. You should be familiar with the main Cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, EDR/endpoint security, Vulnerability Detection and scanning, NDR, SOAR and related standards, protocols, system integration, APIs. Knowledge of security operations and related tools and use cases, including the main phases like Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, and Recover, is essential. You should also be knowledgeable about the main regulatory frameworks for EU Telcos like NIS2, DORA, GDPR, etc. Some experience with asset management/CMDB and IAM is preferred. Additionally, you should have knowledge of cybersecurity applied to IT, networks, and Telco networks.

You should be skilled in Agile methodologies, SAFe PO/PM, requirement and feature collection and refinement, project management, stakeholder management, and communication. You should be a team worker with a good collaboration attitude in multicultural teams. Being result-oriented, with a clear and persistent approach to achieving results while managing complexity and challenges, is crucial. You should have an open and transparent attitude, an analytic approach, good communication and reporting skills, and the capability to collaborate with stakeholders across different units.
