As the no-meat food company, we create sustainable, ready-to-eat meals and snacks sold in supermarkets and food delivery. With over 3 million products sold in Finland and +160% growth vs last year, we're just getting started—expanding our product range and preparing for international markets. Backed by Wolt founder Elias Aalto and other top investors, we were also featured in Slush 100 and made waves on Leijonan Luola and Suomalainen Menestysresepti.

Product development is at the heart of what we do and a key growth driver for the company. The current team has successfully launched 20+ products to market so far. But the ambitions are high, and as we plan to grow our portfolio way beyond just ready-made meals, we need extra brains and hands to take our portfolio to new heights.

In this view, we are looking for an awesome Product Manager to lead the product pipeline and product development process (from concept to launch) in a cross-functional way.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, structure and detail orientation, combined with an ability to lead complex projects in a highly effective way.

The Key Areas Of Responsibility Include:

  • Managing the product portfolio and building it further to accelerate nationwide and international growth in collaboration with founders.
  • Leading consumer research on new products and integrating consumer insights into our portfolio strategy.
  • Leading the development of multiple new product lines (from concept to launch in collaboration with our chefs, design, ops and sales team).
  • Acting as a cross-functional project lead to ensure priorities, timelines and deliverables are clear and met by the broader team, while keeping in mind the broader product strategy.
  • Managing the optimization of existing products when relevant, with support from our chefs.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of product information in ERP and inputting them in Synkka, ensuring all recipes are bullet-proof, from ingredient lists to product compliance, nutritional facts, and cost.
  • Strengthening our product compliance knowledge and supporting the product team in this regard.
Overall Skills We're After:
  • University studies, ideally a master's degree.
  • 3-5 years of work experience (e.g. in FMCG or fast-growing food company).
  • Sharp head with an ability to understand the big picture and think strategically (from concept, sales to business case).
  • Structure, which is a necessity to juggle multiple projects in an effective way, and to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Great communication skills (Finnish and English).
  • A meticulous attention to detail.
  • Someone who gets energy from working in a high-paced and demanding environment.
  • Experience with product development processes in food is a huge advantage.
  • A passion for food is also relevant.

Location: This role is hybrid: 2-3 days per week from the Rebl office in Herttoniemi, Helsinki and partly remote.
