Company Summary : A market leader in Food Production is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Planning Manager to join their team in Munich. The Demand Planning Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing all demand planning and forecasting processes for the company. This role involves a high degree of collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate demand forecasts and efficient network planning. The successful candidate will optimise inventory levels, improve service levels, and drive cost efficiencies throughout the supply chain network.

• Team Leadership

The Demand Planning Manager should have the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in Supply Chain / planning or relevant experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and German.
