Moottorilaboratorion asentajana työskentelet Wärtsilän moottori- ja teknologiakehityksen etulinjassa toimintojemme laajentuessa. Tarjoamme sinulle tilaisuutta osallistua osana asiantuntevaa tiimiä tulevaisuuden moottoritekniikan kehittämiseen edistämään mahdollisimman nopeaa irtautumista fossiilisista polttoaineista. Työtehtävä on vakituinen, ja työpaikka sijaitsee Vaasassa.

Asentajan tehtäväkuvaus:
  • Valmistettavien moottoreiden ja testimoottoreiden komponenttien, suorituskyvyn ja toimivuuden testaus tehtaalla, moottorilaboratoriossa, kentällä ja testirigeissä. Moottoreiden ja oheisjärjestelmien ajo.
  • Testauksen vaatima laadukas mekaaninen asennustyö.
  • Testimoottoreiden ja oheisjärjestelmien huolto-, kehitys- ja muutostyöt.
  • Työturvallisuudesta huolehtiminen ohjeet ja säännöt huomioiden sekä siihen liittyvistä huomioista raportoiminen ja kehitysehdotusten tekeminen.
  • Testaustulosten ja niihin liityvien löydösten raportointi.
  • Erilaisten ohjaus- ja mittausohjelmien ja -työkalujen käyttö.
  • Testausmenetelmien ja -ympäristön kehitystyö.
  • Erilaiset moottori- ja teknologiakehitykseen liittyvät sekä tehtaalla valmistettaviin ja jo toimitettuihin moottoreihin liittyvät tehtävät.
Pätevyysvaatimukset ja tarvittavat taidot:
  • Tehtäviä vastaava tekninen koulutus (ammattikoulu tai vastaava tekninen koulutus).
  • Kiinnostus moottoritekniikkaan ja sen perusteiden tuntemus. Nelitahtimoottoreiden tekniikan syvempi tuntemus luetaan eduksi.
  • Ohjaus- ja mittausjärjestelmien tuntemus luetaan eduksi.
  • Teknisten piirustusten luku- ja tulkintataito.
  • Taito käyttää manuaalisia ja sähköisiä työkaluja ja mittausjärjestelmiä.
  • Hyvä kyky työskennellä sekä ryhmässä että itsenäisesti ja myös vuorotyössä.
  • Hyvä suomen tai ruotsin kielen taito.
  • Hyvä englannin kielen taito.
Työtehtävät edellyttävät, että hakemamme henkilö pystyy:
  • Valmistelemaan ja tekemään tarvittavat mittaustilanteet ja mekaaniset asennukset testimoottoreilla ja laboratorioiden testaustiloissa aikataulun mukaisesti.
  • Varmistamaan testaustoimintojen laadun siten, että tulokset ovat luotettavia ja vastaavien teollisuus-standardien sekä Wärtsilän ohjeiden mukaisia ja että työt tehdään turvallisesti.
  • Toimimaan yhteistyössä niin, että tiimin työskentely on tasapuolista.
