Wir suchen dich als Business Development Manager (m/w/d) für den Bereich B2B, der Lust hat, durch Einführung gezielter B2B-Strategien unser Angebot an IT-Weiterbildungen für Unternehmen attraktiv zu gestalten und gezielt am Markt zu positionieren. Die Position erlaubt dir, in einem wachsenden Unternehmen zusammen mit dem Management ein neues Geschäftsfeld zu entwickeln und mit einem motivierten Team das Wachstum unserer B2B-Sparte maßgeblich zu beeinflussen.

Aufgabenbereiche:
Du baust unseren B2B-Bereich auf und platzierst unser Angebot an IT-Weiterbildungen gezielt bei potenziellen Partnerunternehmen.
Du analysierst die Anforderungen unserer Unternehmenskunden und konzipierst passende Weiterbildungslösungen für deren Mitarbeiter.
Du führst zielgerichtete Gespräche mit HR- sowie IT-Abteilungen und etablierst eine wirkungsvolle und nachhaltige B2B-Vertriebsstrategie.
Du übernimmst die Teamleitung eines zukünftigen B2B-Sales-Teams und förderst das Wachstum deines Bereichs.
Du arbeitest cross-funktional mit Marketing und Produktentwicklung zusammen, um unser Weiterbildungsangebot optimal auf die Kundenbedürfnisse abzustimmen.
Stellenanforderungen:
Du hast mindestens ein bis zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im B2B-Sales und kannst nachweisbare Erfolge vorweisen.
Du besitzt ein grundlegendes IT-Verständnis und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im IT-Vertrieb oder B2B-Vertrieb mit.
Du bist kommunikationsstark sowie teamorientiert und hast Spaß daran, Projekte eigeninitiativ und eigenständig voranzutreiben.
Du kannst gut mit Leistungsdruck umgehen und besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
Du kannst Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf dem C1-Niveau nachweisen.
