Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Innovation Professional to join our Office of Innovation in Helsinki. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the technical team in creating guidance and tools related to data and metrics. You will also work closely with our partners to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of children.

Responsibilities

  • Support the technical team in creating guidance and tools related to data and metrics
  • Work with partners to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of children
  • Collaborate with other divisions on innovation and finance, including internal teams and external actors
  • Support the Hub's fundraising efforts as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, international relations, or business administration
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in an international organization
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
