We are a global community that advocates for every child, and we're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Global Impact Strategist.

  • Support the technical team in creating guidance and tools related to data and metrics, working with partners
  • Contribute to partnership pipeline management, including Child-lens Investing Framework adoption
  • Provide technical assistance to partners
  • Help manage knowledge and build capacity on CLIF across the organization and externally
About the Role:

The Global Impact Strategist will report to the Senior Impact Analyst and work closely with other divisions on innovation and finance. They will collaborate with colleagues across multiple locations and have flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones while prioritizing staff well-being.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working in international organizations, preferably in finance or sustainable finance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, international relations, business administration, social science, or humanities
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in an international organization, preferably in finance or sustainable finance
  • Fluency in English is required; developing country work experience and/or familiarity with emergencies is desirable
  • Understanding and relevant experience of impact or ESG investing is highly desirable
