This position is part of our Office of Innovation, where we foster a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and learning.

You will work closely with our technical team to develop guidance and tools that support the creation of scalable solutions for children's rights.

This may involve collaborating with partners, including external organizations and stakeholders, to identify opportunities for impact and develop strategies for implementation.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance or sustainable finance, with experience working in an international organization or similar context.

A deep understanding of Impact Investing principles and practices would be highly desirable, as would experience working with Private Equity/Venture Capital or the investment industry.

1. Support the development of guidance and tools related to data and metrics, including collaboration with partners and stakeholders.

2. Assist in the management of partnership pipelines, including adoption of the Child-lens Investing Framework (CLIF).

3. Provide technical assistance to partners, focusing on knowledge management and capacity building on CLIF across the organization and externally.

4. Collaborate with the team on fundraising efforts, as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, International Relations, Business Administration, Social Science, Humanities, or a relevant technical field.

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in an international organization, preferably in finance or sustainable finance.

• Fluency in English required.

• Developing country work experience and/or familiarity with emergency situations highly desirable.
