The Office of Innovation is a creative and interactive team that sits at the intersection of global issues and startup thinking. We use technology and partnerships to turn energy into scalable solutions.

As an Innovation Officer, your primary role will be to support the technical team in creating guidance and tools related to data and metrics. You will work jointly with UNICEF's partners to ensure that our efforts are aligned and effective.

You will also support the team on partnership pipeline management, including the adoption of the Child-lens Investing Framework. This will involve working closely with internal divisions such as the Office of the Executive Director and the Private Fundraising and Partnerships Division.

In addition, you will provide technical assistance to partners and support knowledge management and capacity building on CLIF across the organization and externally.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: finance, international relations, business administration, social science, or humanities. You will also need to have at least two years of relevant work experience in an international organization, with a focus on finance or sustainable finance.

Familiarity with existing standards and frameworks adopted by financial institutions is highly desirable, as is experience in impact or ESG investing. You will also need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
