About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer to join our team at Codento. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of software applications, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to the development team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, and implement new features and technologies to improve the overall quality of our software applications.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in leading teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including TypeScript/JavaScript, Java/Scala/Kotlin, Clojure, and Python. Experience with agile project management principles and methodologies.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
