Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Quality and Risk Processes: You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality and risk processes across our new build operational locations.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including project management teams, site office leads, and external partners, to ensure that quality and risk processes are aligned and updated at all times.
  • Provide Strong Support to Projects: You will provide strong support to all projects at our various site offices, focusing on quality and risk aspects, including owners' work, special projects, mock-ups, and yard-related quality aspects and risks.
  • Ensure Compliance with Standards and Regulations: You will ensure that our quality and risk processes are aligned with industry standards and regulations, and that our teams are delivering brand-specific designs to implementation, commissioning, and flawless delivery.
  • Lead Risk Processes: You will lead risk processes in various workstreams, enhancing a forward-looking risk-based approach and ensuring that mitigative actions are taken as far as possible.
  • Develop and Implement Quality, Risk, and Safety Standards: You will develop and implement quality, risk, and safety standards and guidelines internally and externally, in collaboration with defined key partners.
  • Travel and Collaboration: You will be required to travel extensively, both internationally and domestically, to support our projects and collaborate with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Experience: You will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the quality, risk, and safety focused industry, with a strong background in quality, risk, and safety management.
  • Master's Degree: You will have a Master's degree in quality, risk, and safety in construction or a related field, or a minimum of 10 years of experience in quality, risk, and safety related positions.
  • Shipyard or Cruise Ship Industry Experience: You will have experience working in the shipyard or cruise ship industry, with a strong understanding of quality, risk, and safety aspects.
  • Leadership Experience: You will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing direct reports and leading large-scale projects.
