Role Overview

Wolt is seeking an experienced B2B performance marketing specialist to join its growing Global B2B Marketing team. This role will be responsible for designing, managing, and executing user acquisition strategies across multiple channels and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement user acquisition strategies to drive sales opportunities across multiple products and audiences.
  2. Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, Paid Social, Ad Networks, and Programmatic channels.
  3. Collaborate with local marketing teams, other B2B and central marketing teams, and sales to provide a consistent flow of qualified leads.
  4. Work towards clear marketing KPIs such as CPL, closed won, and revenue.
  5. Manage stakeholder interests and provide ongoing feedback and reporting analysis.
  6. Identify top-performing partners and channels and build strong relationships.
  7. Conduct continuous AB testing and performance analysis to optimize campaign performance.
  8. Implement and troubleshoot attribution and tracking issues.
  9. Partner with local sales teams to gather input on market needs and quality of leads.
Requirements

Experience in global B2B campaign management across multiple platforms and channels.

Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales opportunities.

Strong analytical skills to optimize campaign performance.
