  • Own the wide spectrum of performance marketing efforts, including media planning, buying, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game development, live operations, and data analytics, to create impactful and scalable campaigns.
  • Define metrics, objectives, and key results to prioritize and measure the success of all key initiatives.
  • Develop and manage external partner relationships to bring strategic vision to life.
  • Stay on top of the most up-to-date industry trends, competitive digital landscape, user needs, and the latest digital marketing products to continuously learn and innovate.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Proven experience with full ownership of SEM, UA, and/or re-engagement campaigns from planning to buying.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess performance both qualitatively and quantitatively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Excellent domain of English language.
