Telecom Solution Engineer: Join Our Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to join our Emergency Recovery Centre (ERC) team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in resolving customer network issues and optimizing their systems.

About the Role:
As a key member of our ERC team, you will be responsible for providing emergency handling services to our customers globally. This includes fault isolation, problem resolution, and stabilization of customer networks in a timely manner. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve complex technical issues and participate in post-event improvement activities to enhance our emergency response processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading emergency response efforts to restore customer systems as quickly as possible
  • Collaborating with internal teams and customers to resolve complex technical issues
  • Participating in post-event improvement activities to enhance our emergency response processes

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within a global company.
