Job Title: Senior Technical Specialist

At Ericsson, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to join our Emergency Recovery Centre (ERC) team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in resolving customer network issues and optimizing their systems.

About the Role:
As a key member of our ERC team, you will be responsible for providing emergency handling services to our customers globally. This includes fault isolation, problem resolution, and stabilization of customer networks in a timely manner.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Leading emergency response efforts to restore customer systems as quickly as possible
• Collaborating with internal teams and customers to resolve complex technical issues
• Participating in post-event improvement activities to enhance our emergency response processes

What We're Looking For:
You will have a minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, and at least 5 years of experience in Customer Support. Your technical background should include hands-on experience with Telecom Products such as 5GC, EPC, Cloud, IMS, etc. You should also possess excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as good communication and negotiation skills.

Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per year
