Job Description: Network Emergency Response Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced technical professional to join our Emergency Recovery Centre (ERC) team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in resolving customer network issues and optimizing their systems.

About the Job:
You will be responsible for providing emergency handling services to our customers globally. This includes fault isolation, problem resolution, and stabilization of customer networks in a timely manner. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve complex technical issues and participate in post-event improvement activities to enhance our emergency response processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading emergency response efforts to restore customer systems as quickly as possible
  • Collaborating with internal teams and customers to resolve complex technical issues
  • Participating in post-event improvement activities to enhance our emergency response processes

Requirements:
You will have a minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, and at least 5 years of experience in Customer Support. Your technical background should include hands-on experience with Telecom Products such as 5GC, EPC, Cloud, IMS, etc. You should also possess excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as good communication and negotiation skills.

Benefits:
