About the Role:

This role involves providing high-level administrative support to our executive team, ensuring efficient operation and communication within the organization. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist management teams by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication and Coordination: Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the executive team. Coordinate and manage company events and executive functions.
  • Point of Contact: Act as a point of contact for various internal and external partners, including employees and networks.
  • Employee Support: Provide support and guidance to colleagues in various administrative matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The ideal candidate has experience working with executive teams and can support management in a flexible manner. You possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to handle stress and perform effectively under pressure. Proficiency in English is essential.
