We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer to join our team as a Senior Software Engineer for Performance Optimization. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and scalability of our framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and identify performance bottlenecks in the framework
  2. Design and implement optimization strategies to improve framework performance
  3. Conduct performance testing and benchmarking to validate optimizations
  4. Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to ensure ongoing efficiency
  5. Actively contribute to the development process by writing robust, modern C++ code
  6. Participate in software design and architecture discussions
  7. Work hands-on with the world's leading cross-platform C++ framework, focusing on embedded systems
  8. Contribute to the Qt open-source community and maintain a positive external presence
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in performance optimization

About You:

  1. Extensive experience with C++ programming language
  2. Strong experience with Real-Time Operating System(s), such as VxWorks, QNX or INTEGRITY
  3. Knowledge of performance profiling, analysis, and optimization techniques
  4. Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies
  5. Familiarity with the Qt framework and QML is considered a plus
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  7. Advanced English communication skills both verbal and written (English is our corporate language)
  8. Ability to work within a diverse team
