Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of the Customer Experience Survey through enhancements to existing processes and onboarding to the new Experience Management Platform, Qualtrics.

This role requires close collaboration with different business stakeholders across Nordea to ensure successful implementation of the Customer Experience Survey.

About Our Team

We are a team of highly skilled professionals working within Group Data Management and Data Factory unit. Our role is to provide value by making data easily accessible and creating new data solutions for Nordea's internal departments, enabling them to work more efficiently with the vast amount of data within the bank.

Our team plays a crucial role in understanding business needs and leading the development and enrichment of the Customer Experience Survey application.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of the Customer Experience Survey through enhancements to existing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of the Customer Experience Survey.
  • Build and manage the team backlog from collected requirements.
  • Contribute to vision and roadmap planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Experience leading projects and cross-functional development teams within IT.
  2. Skilled communicator with proven ability to drive deliveries.
  3. Customer-centric attitude and strong will to succeed.
