About this opportunity

We are looking for an IT Analyst to support the Consumer Cards Product teams by performing analysis work for the team backlog. At the Cards Domain, we are deeply committed to providing the financial solutions of tomorrow to our customers. Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies and objectives.
  2. Translate business strategies into detailed technical requirements for the IT team.
  3. Prepare and manage the requirements on Mainframe applications.
  4. Liaise with IT developers, architects, and other technical staff to ensure that business requirements are clearly understood and accurately implemented.
  5. Analyse and map current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  6. Develop and propose new business processes that align with strategic goals.
  7. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and obtain sign-off from business stakeholders.
  8. Provide training and support to business users to ensure successful implementation.
  9. Generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders on the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

  11. Have experience working with UML and can draw and read solution designs.
  12. Enjoy working in an international environment.

Your experience and background:

  1. 5-8 years of experience in IT or business areas.
  2. Experience in the banking and financial services industry highly preferred (especially consumer card services).
  3. Proven experience with Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  4. Background in data mapping and migration.
  5. Proficiency in process modelling.
  6. Hands-on experience with SQL.
  7. Strong understanding of the cards domain.
  8. Solid technical knowledge for effective collaboration with developers.
  9. Proficiency with analysis tools and methodologies.
  10. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
