This Senior Marketing Manager role involves driving the development and execution of regional marketing strategies and annual plans for the brand, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Global Marketing Strategic Guidelines.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute regional marketing strategies and annual plans for the brand, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Global Marketing Strategic Guidelines.
  • Brand Promotion and Public Relations: Collaborate with the European PR and Event team to execute marketing activities in the region, enhancing brand awareness and influence through National Events, advertising, digital campaigns...
  • Dealer Marketing Support: Provide dealers with marketing support and guidance, ensuring successful execution of Dealer Marketing Plans.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research on the region and monitor competitor activities, feeding the information into the marketing plan process.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the brand as the Ambassador of the region within industry and key media.
  • Localization and Compliance: Ensure dealer websites, signage and any marketing materials are localized, up to date, and in compliance with BYD CI policy.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • University Degree in Marketing, Sales or commercial disciplines.
  • Solid Experience in Automotive industry or Branded Retail Products.
  • 8+ years of experience in roles related to Marketing management in Automotive business.
  • Excellent Digital skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
  • Resilient and open-minded.
  • Results-oriented. Ability to work to deadlines, hands-on approach, motivated to get results.
  • Effective and eloquent communicator in English & Finnish language is mandatory (Other European languages and/or Mandarin Chinese would be a plus).
