We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the position of CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST in our Finnish office. This is a full-time, permanent field-based position with a strong focus on customer interaction and collaboration.
As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality customer experiences that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Your primary responsibility will be to orchestrate and execute customer omni-channel engagements across defined territories/accounts, aligned to decided campaigns. This includes building trustful and long-term customer relationships through tailored information and channel choice based on HCPs' preferences.

- Tailors information and channel choice based on HCPs' preference, to build trustful & long-term customer relationships.
- Achieves territory/accounts sales, growth, and market share targets for assigned brands.
- Self-develops with latest clinical data, brand strategy and tactics, competitive landscape, and standard tools.
- Enriches the customer understanding by capturing it in the CRM system and takes advantage of the technology and valuable data and insights.
- Digital savvy: Utilizes the advantages of digital solutions to ensure a holistic customer experience and satisfaction through data-driven decisions.
- Leverages multidisciplinary collaboration to maximize customer experience.
- Must follow local Compliance code, local laws and policies.
