We are seeking a highly motivated Therapeutic Area Specialist Oncology to join our cross-functional team. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will drive impactful account management and generate valuable insights. Your responsibilities will include selected customers and accounts, working closely with various external stakeholders to develop effective professional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Oncology Strategic Account Management plans in collaboration with the cross-functional team.
  • Work closely with Medical Affairs and Market Access functions to ensure optimal treatment outcomes for cancer patients in Finland.
  • Contribute to the Oncology portfolio work of the cross-functional team from planning to execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ideal experience within oncology.
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic areas and indications, including familiarity with on-label discussions.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze sales and prescription data for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent coordination skills to manage account planning with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional selling skills, with a natural ability to close deals and communicate effectively.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within territory.
  • Proficient in Finnish and English.
